Lesson of the Week

One week into a (temporary) full-time position and I’ve already learned many things about the college, much of which I avoided as adjunct faculty. Lesson of the week? I think Benedict Cumberbatch said it best with these words:

There’s so much in the 21st century that is stymied by bureaucracy and mediocrity and committee.
